What will your typical day look like?

You love working with people and genuinely care for skill building and motivation. As a Senior Workforce Planner within Consulting, you will be doing just that – interacting with Partners, Senior Management through to our interns. In understanding their talent, you match their skills with our clients’ needs over numerous projects. No two days are the same as you schedule staff on projects, review and report on short and long-term capacities of our workforce, manage stakeholders and implement conflict resolution.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and life cycles
  • Deep understanding of the professional services environment with basic knowledge in workforce planning and career development
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills necessary to resolve intricate staffing issues
  • Fantastic communication skills to gain credibility and trust with all staff
  • Strong attention to detail and appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential information
