What will your typical day look like?
As an Advisor in our highly flexible Employee Relations and Workplace Health & Safety team, you will report to the WHS Manager and supported by the ER/WHS Coordinator. You will work closely with the Client Workplace & Experience Team and the Business Unit Aligned Talent teams to help educate and guide strategic imperatives on Workplace Health & Safety ensuring the WHS framework is embedded in our daily practices. In this hands-on role, you will provide coaching on WHS best practise. You will take the lead on managing workers compensation claims working closely with the firms Return to Work Coordinators to deliver successful return to work outcomes. In this role, you will be exposed to all corners of our firm and will have the opportunity to work with our Wellbeing Health and Safety Committees nationally to ensure they continue to play an active consultation role within the firm.

  • Experience embedding Workplace Health and Safety frameworks
  • A strong ability to ensure continuous process improvement
  • Strategic workers compensation claims management
  • Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative and consultative approach
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
