Our Transfer Pricing practice is experiencing continued growth and through leveraging our borderless global network and working with high calibre talent as a Manager you will further contribute to this.

Working in the team awarded Transfer Pricing firm of the year in 2017 you will have access to high calibre talent to further drive our continual growth. Leveraging our global network and having a multi-disciplinary approach you will contribute to our strong relationships with top tier client and be able to cultivate relationships with new clients.

About the role

The types of projects that we undertake include ATO risk reviews and audits, Advance Pricing Arrangements negotiations, transfer pricing planning and restructuring, the pricing of inter-company debt, and Country-by-Country (CbC) documentation work.

With clients predominantly in the Energy & Resources sector you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing transfer pricing solutions & pricing policies
  • Compiling & reviewing detailed written reports including economic analysis and detailed industry / functional analysis
  • Managing global CbC documentation projects
  • Reviewing International Dealings Schedules, Local Files and other CbC documentation
  • Preparing detailed financial benchmarking studies that support the application of various pricing methods
  • Advice to clients in relation to transfer pricing controversy issues and liaising with the relevant ATO case team and other revenue authorities
  • Responding to revenue authority queries where required in audit and review situations

About You

You’ll have a strong commercial acumen and dedicated Transfer Pricing advisory experience. Using your financial and statistical analysis you understand how to manage and implement solutions to technical transfer pricing issues our clients face.

Experience working with a team and managing junior staff is essential. We invest in our people and you will mentor and coach the team to deliver on projects and deadlines while sharing your knowledge and experience.

Strong research, negotiation and communication skills will see you have success in this role.
