Our Talent Acquisition function is transforming and we are looking for Experienced Talent Acquisition Consultants to help us deliver an award-winning function


What will your typical day look like?

These roles will collaborate with some of our most exciting portfolios with most experiencing double-digit growth every year. You will source, select and engage the best future team members in the market so we can ensure we secure our ‘unfair share of talent’. You will collaborate with our newly created sourcing function whilst maintaining a proactive approach in the market to raise the bar our service offering and execution across these critical portfolios. With a professional and hardworking team working with you, the support is there to be successful.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

  • Experience working in both agency and internal talent acquisition teams
  • Prior recruitment experience of the following job families: Accounting & Finance/Audit/Risk/ HR/Digital/Technology/Marketing/Tax/Legal/M&A/Financial Advisory/Analytics
  • An ability to pro-actively source candidates using a variety of creative methods to meet the businesses current and future needs
  • A strong commercial mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Skills to develop and execute efficient reporting to track and monitor progress across your service areas
