About the role:

The position will be based in the Canberra office hiring candidates from entry level to more experienced and specialist positions across the region.

Working in partnership with the hiring manager, the position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, issuing contracts and supporting on boarding.

You will be utilising various sourcing strategies, including websites, social networking sites, using data and reporting to draw meaningful business insights as well as engaging with agencies.

The successful candidate will work closely with your Recruitment Unit Lead in building upon and developing recruitment strategy for your business, along with being involved in projects both within the recruitment team and the broader HR team.

About you:

You will currently be operating as a Recruitment Consultant ideally with an internal corporate, with the ability to pro-actively source candidates using a variety of creative methods.

You have developed superior stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on operational excellence.

Tenacity and a consultative approach to providing solutions regarding challenging assignments plus the ability to work in a team oriented environment are critical skills.
