Studio Coordinator


About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our full-service in-house Agency. You will report directly to the Head of Studio within the Creative Development arm of The Agency. As a Studio Coordinator your main role will be to assist in the work allocation and management of video projects to ensure all planning and technical needs are met prior to any production. In addition, you will work with the Head of Studio to support the Creative Development Team. You will ideally be from a video or agency background and bring a strong understanding of video and film production. You will have outstanding organisation and project management skills. You will have confidence to communicate with key senior stakeholders and be able to work autonomously but understand when and how to reach out to the wider team with a genuine drive to collaborate.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to the Video Team through efficient planning and scheduling of requests and projects
  • Planning, organising and prioritising multiple projects to achieve strategic objectives
  • Management of key stakeholders
  • Managing resourcing and scheduling for the Creative Department Team as required.

Technical abilities:

  • 1+ years of experience in video/film/creative production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere
  • Familiar with other Adobe Creative Cloud programs (i.e. After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Excellent communicator and driven to produce the best stakeholder experience.
  • Previous experience with Sony FS5 or Sony mirrorless systems
  • Understanding of basic sound and lighting principles
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation desirable
  • Experience directing on camera talent desirable.
