Sponsorship Program Coordinator - 6 month FTC

About the role:

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day project coordination of key iconic sponsorships that enhance the eminence of Deloitte, and create opportunities for engagement with the key influencers in the market.

This newly created role will work closely with the Program Manager and provide central project coordination and day-to-day project delivery management across the business to streamline efforts and create consistency across the business.
This pivotal role will own the day-to-day delivery and reporting of key sponsorships, with a focus on streamlining and codifying assets to enable the wider firm, to readily deliver, impactful experiences that support their business objectives and drive positive experiences and results.

Key responsibilities include:

This role will primarily support the firm’s flagship sponsorship series and other significant sponsorships and will work closely with the Program Manager to provide central delivery of all activities. There will be heavy involvement in project coordination, delivery and communications– with a focus on codifying day-to-day best practice and ensuring that the projects are delivered within budget and on time.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: coordinate, monitor and drive all activities related to the sponsorship series. This includes (but not limited to) stakeholder meetings, event coordination and management, supporting the development of content collateral and experiential activations, working across the Marketing team to coordinate and deliver the campaigns
  • Support process improvements and develop codification of assets to deliver efficiency, effectiveness and value
  • Conduct reporting to support activity.
  • Stakeholder management: deliver activities in line with stakeholder expectations
  • Manage budgets
  • Work with the program manager to build out assets and streamlined processes to drive best practice sponsorship enablement across the firm
  • Ad-hoc marketing support across the Relationship Program team

About you:

  • Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong project management experience
  • Generalist marketing professional with proficiency in marketing coordination, as well as understanding of events, internal and external communication
  • MS Office - intermediate skill level
  • Ability to coordinate the rollout of plans/activations
  • Confident and clear written and oral communication skills
  • Sound understanding of marketing strategy, objectives and marketing activities
  • Consistently applies brand guidelines and understands risks
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
