About the Team

Deloitte Enterprise Application oracle practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.

Outside of your client-facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s Oracle practice. We are looking for the leaders of the future, and we want every consultant to have the potential to make it to the top. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Functional professional with at least four end to end Oracle EBS implementations experience having worked in Order to Cash cycle modules as a team member or team lead for at least 1 full cycle implementation.
• A minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience implementing of Oracle Supply Chain Management and Finance applications such as Order Management (ONT), Inventory (INV), Receivables (AR), Install Base (CSI), Advanced Collections (IEX), iPayment and Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA).
• Basic Knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Management (PO, BOM, WIP, etc.) / Finance (Cash Management, eBTax, etc.) modules is preferred
• Thorough understanding of ATLAS Global Solution
• Good PL/SQL knowledge
• Demonstrated experience as a senior resource with experience in key design and build activities such as gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, design workshop preparation, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, participation in cutover, etc.
• Exposure to the overall architecture of Oracle E-Business Suite and its interaction with other Oracle products.
• Knowledge of Oracle AIM methodology
• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
• Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications is preferred
• A Bachelor/Masters’ degree in Engineering, Business.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of standards, guidelines, industry trends and best practices across IT enterprise

Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, assisting in conference room pilots (CRP), providing training to business users.
• Hands-on configuration, functional design, and configuration, support tech development, building test scripts, conducting application testing.
• Work with global teams / Work independently in virtual teams
• Provide technology mentoring for junior resources.
• Participate in day to day project meetings and share their issues/discussions
