About our team

The goal of our Talent Advisory & Solutions Team, within People & Performance (P&P), is to help our internal stakeholders make well informed talent decisions and provide solutions to deliver effectively against the Firm’s strategy. Talent Advisory & Solutions is a team of HR experts with specialist skills, who partner with key business stakeholders to deliver an extraordinary talent experience at Deloitte.

About the role

As our Remuneration and Reward Senior Consultant you will actively contribute to the Firm’s 2020 Talent strategy by supporting the transformation of our remuneration and reward program, to deliver internal equity and external competitiveness. You will join a small team who work collaboratively with both P&P business partners and key business stakeholders in deploying and embedding best practice remuneration and reward practices across the Firm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the design, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the Firm’s remuneration and reward program including base salary benchmarking, variable pay/incentive options, gender pay equity and employee reward/benefits across all levels.
  • Partner with P&P and business unit stakeholders to ensure effective management of annual and interim remuneration reviews, effectively leveraging the functionality of SuccessFactors.
  • Provide education support to business leaders and P&P business partners across the remuneration and reward domain.
  • Provide insightful remuneration/reward analytics.
  • Maintain external networks with professional agencies and firms providing market remuneration data and services to enhance the Firm’s external competitiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of firm wide remuneration policies (including variable pay, employee discounts and employee services), in collaboration with business and P&P stakeholders.

About You

You will have experience/qualifications in designing, developing and implementing remuneration and reward programs and practices, within large, complex organisations. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be critical to success, together with sound project management skills. Experience utilising an online remuneration system eg SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle will be highly regarded.
