About the Team

We know that Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) are a huge deal for businesses, so we make sure it succeeds from start to finish. About You

As a team that prides itself on the level of talent, exuberance and an inclusive culture that fosters authenticity, we seek candidates from diverse backgrounds who would bring a similar attitude to work. You would be someone who is not afraid to embrace and learn new and innovative ways to design solutions for our clients, and be excited about embracing our new methodologies for diligence.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance and/or accounting
  • Post graduate qualification e.g. CA, CFA, Masters in Applied Finance or MBA
  • Solid M&A experience, ideally performing financial due diligence assignments in a transaction environment
  • Strong familiarity with the broader deal process and financial markets
  • Structured thinker with analytical skills to work on complex financial transactions

Why Deloitte?
