IT M&A Consultant

About the Role

Our Melbourne Technology Consulting practice is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated Consultant/IT M&A Analyst to help drive this growth. Our focus is on delivering a full set of advisory and optimisation service to clients with a particular focus on IT M&A.

This role will typically involve:

  • Building and managing client relationships
  • Advising clients on IT Optimisation and Integration in relation to company mergers and acquisitions
  • Planning, managing and delivering a range of technology-enabled solutions.

About You

Ideally you will have a professional consulting background from a top tier consultancy firm or financial advisory house.

The successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong financial background and understanding of capital and operational expenditure
  • Ability to work alongside financial advisory teams on M&A engagements e.g. Due Diligence
  • Skills to undertake business/IT spend and cost analysis
  • Broad/basic knowledge of IT environment including current and future state analysis

The minimum salary requirement for this role is AU $70,000 including 9.5% superannuation
