To be successful in this role you ideally have:

  • 3 years in a similar role with a mid to large organisation
  • Information Technology, Business or related Tertiary Qualifications
  • Experience working in high paced, complex and diverse IT environments
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into user stories or other technical solutions
  • Experience liaising with IT and non IT stakeholders and vendor management
  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be highly regarded
  • Experience working on Confluence, ITIL processes and knowledge in programming or development will be highly regarded

What will your typical day look like?


You will use your experience and deep knowledge to make complex problems and prescribed solutions clear and understandable.

Additionally you will also be:

  • Responsible for providing data related advisory services to organisations concerning Customer Remediation/Conduct matters
  • Responsible for providing advisory services for the management of people, processes and technology across various data domains
  • Responsible for leading and managing key client engagements concerning:
    • Proactive management of risk using data
    • Understanding the impact on customers using data
    • Optimising the manner in which data is extracted, transformed and stored for decision-making purposes
    • Apply selected analytical techniques and tools to achieve project outcomes
    • Analysis of the data to provide actionable insights
    • Segmentation based customer engagement using advanced analytical techniques
  • Manage the analysis and interpretation of data towards relevant communications to explain the value of the work completed; to both clients and other Deloitte team members
  • Manage projects and clients - using project management methodologies, develop and manage project plans, scope, variations, risk, and knowledge management. Track against key metrics and account management
  • Lead other members of the Risk Analytics team - counsel, coach and mentor
  • Support training and development in data analytics and data sciences
  • Contribute to proposal development with Account Directors and Partners
  • Responsible for managing and mitigating risks for major client deliveries
