What will your typical day look like?

As a Training Manager in our Human Capital Practice, you will bring specific knowledge and expertise in training and large-scale technology implementations to deliver effective solutions to our clients. Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Carrying out detailed learning needs analysis (using inputs from change impacts assessments; process maps and audience analysis)
  • Defining the overall packages of training content / developing role-based pathways of learning content
  • Producing the detailed training plan, production and roll-out schedule
  • Leading a team of learning designers to produce training deliverables “how to” screen capture videos, cheat sheets, webinar presenter notes; train the trainer support; F2F session outlines and delivery notes
  • Working closely with the Change and Communications teams for an integrated delivery of change activities
  • Providing inputs on “readiness” prior to each release of technology
  • Interpreting evaluation data and adjusting the plan / approach
  • Driving the set up and effectiveness of a training environment
  • Supporting the client with the set-up of their guided learning platform
  • Managing stakeholders throughout the development and deliver process to ensure alignment throughout the design, development and delivery process

We are looking for professionals who have worked across multiple business domains / industries and have 5+ years proven experience. Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

  • Training background (oracle fusion / SAP focused)
  • Pull together learning curriculums
  • Engaging with stakeholders
  • Lead a team of 3-4 learning designers
  • Experience in large scale technology implementations

The minimum salary requirement for this role is $120,000 including 9.5% superannuation.
