HR Senior Consultant - Financial Advisory

About the role
No two days are the same as you collaborate with local and national client groups whilst working with Talent teams across Leadership & Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility, Employee Relations (ER) and Finance to deliver HR generalist support to our Financial Advisory business. With a focus on Employee Relations and HR advice, this role offers the opportunity to also support national projects and help deliver employee life cycle experiences.

  • Excellent HR generalist skills
  • Confidence in Employee Relations (ER) and relationship building
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to communicate with partners of all levels
  • The ability to think strategically and be tenacious, resilient and outcome focused
  • Experience of a fast paced, growth environment and the delivery of creative and innovative talent solutions
  • The ability to work in complex and matrix environments
