What will your typical day look like?

You will work on the most exciting growth agendas and M&A deals, across a diverse range of sectors and client organisations. Projects are varied and range from working closely with senior executives to develop their M&A strategy, to assessment and prioritisation of markets for growth, to conducting commercial and operational due diligence by analysing market attractiveness, industry trends and company capabilities.

You are someone with:

  • 5+ years of strategy consulting and/or M&A experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm, big 4, strategy boutique, private equity or in industry corporate development roles
  • Proven experience in market assessments, commercial/operational due diligence and/or growth strategy
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide insight, exercise mature judgement and communicate effectively at executive levels within top corporate and private equity clients
  • Demonstrated ability to generate growth opportunities and manage business development pursuits
  • A teaming and inclusive personality with a can do attitude, a willingness to develop others, and a drive to participate in the growth of the practice
