Responsibilities:


• Identifies testing required from Requirements/Acceptance Criteria
• Provides input into Test Estimation
• Defines the appropriate Test Cases
• Gathers and manages the Test Data
• Executes testing according to defined Test Plan
• Records and evaluates the outcome of each sprint / test cycle
• Logs any defects identified in sprints / test cycle execution
• Captures & monitors the test coverage
• Participates in and contributes to all Agile team activities and events
Deliverables:
• Test Coverage
• Test Scenarios
• Test Cases
• Agile - Acceptance Criteria and Acceptance Tests
• Test Data
• Test Results

Skills:

• Good analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player and contributor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience as software tester – (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of domain (highly desirable)
• Tertiary Education - Software Development (highly desirable)
• Test Automation experience – scripting and execution (desirable)
• Agile and/or ISTQB certification (desirable)
