What will your typical day look like?

Advise clients on maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery models and HR functions, including addressing issues such as process design, service delivery model, talent management, people related risks and regulations, and alignment with corporate strategy.

Expectations include:

  • Apply the HR Transformation methodology to specific client needs
  • Operate at the level of an HR Manager
  • Demonstrate expertise in HR practices and processes, including HR strategy, organization, operations, position management, learning and development, performance management, recruitment, compensation, industrial relations, and technology
  • Understand the administrative, tactical and strategic nature of HR activities
  • Certified in one of the Software as a Service (SAAS) applications, either Workday or SuccessFactors, to assist clients to implement these applications from design through to deployment.

Our practice is growing and we’re keen to speak with individuals at all levels from the HR Transformation & Technology ecosystem. To succeed you will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Have 3-5 years proven experience
  • Experience in project management with the implementation of a human resources information system (Workday, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud)
  • Ability to solve problems, propose solutions and ‘think outside the box’
  • An ambition to drive innovative and disruptive HR transformation
  • Experience in change management and ability to manage the daily activities inclusive of scope, risks, timeframes, issues, and budget of a project
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2 are desirable
  • Workday Core HCM certified
  • Experience in all project phases, from Design through to Deploy
  • Strong practical experience in functional configuration in one or more module of Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Security or Learning
  • Strong practical understanding or experience in Security configuration and Reporting
  • Strong understanding of relationship between Core HCM and other Workday modules
  • Preferred experience with the HR function and HR processes and associated leading practices
  • Ability to guide a client through decision making
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

The minimum salary requirement for this role is $85,000 including 9.5% superannuation.
