Client Insights Coordinator

This role is suited to new starters or those who have recently graduated.

Deloitte’s Client Voice program allows us to understand the client’s experience of Deloitte. It does so by gathering verbatim feedback from our clients on the way we work and providing a platform to listen to, interpret, act on and measure feedback.

Deloitte is seeking an analyst to support the development of our client insights capability, which is integral to our distinct, client-centric culture. You will be working with a highly motivated and fun team who strive to live Deloitte’s purpose of ‘making an impact that matters’ for our clients, people and community.

About the work:

Your main responsibility will be to project coordinate the day-to-day activities of the program, including data analysis, sentiment coding, user support, reporting, internal communications and acting as liaison with the firm’s offshore support team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Conduct and interpret basic qualitative coding & analysis and quantitative analysis.
  • Analyse qualitative feedback to identify sentiment, key trends and themes.
  • Generate qualitative insights against our service framework, and quantitative using our market research metrics.
  • Collaborate in producing succinct, reader-friendly presentations and reports.
  • Manage and respond to information requests from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Work with IT to execute system changes with minimal disruption to users.
  • Provide project support: planning, execution, monitoring and reporting on status.
  • Manage the content and design of our intranet pages, keeping content relevant, interesting and current.

About you:

You will:

  • Work well both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Have a strong attention to detail.
  • Have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience.
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Have the ability to manage projects including timelines.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office, particularly strong in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Be familiar with Tableau (as an advantage, not essential).
