We have an exciting position with one of Deloitte’s most innovative and successful client programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Senior Manager in executing the program strategy and liaising with our global networks, whilst making a direct impact with Deloitte’s top tier clients.

The Executive Transition Lab Program is an iconic and elite relationship building program that helps selected executives transition successfully into new roles. The program forms a key part of the way the firm delivers a distinct client experience.

A Transition Lab is a carefully designed workshop experience that facilitates the client in planning how to have the greatest impact in the next 180 days. The program also accelerates key relationships that Deloitte develops with the executives and builds strong advocacy.

About the role:

The co-ordinator role supports the Senior Manager, Executive Transition Lab Program, in delivering all aspects of the program to a high quality and in a consistent way. Key duties will include:

Reporting into the Senior Manager you will have project / program co-ordination experience, with the ability to prioritise work to meet competing deadlines. You must also have proven experience managing challenging and diverse stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly to a range of audiences.
