Accounts Assistant
Seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts payable professional who will bring their knowledge and experience to a supportive and dynamic team.

Key tasks and duties include administering Accounts payable, Receivables and cash management transactions along with their related processes, you will also be responsible for providing all round general administration support. Experience in payroll would be advantageous.

About you

You will have minimum 3 years Accounts Payable experience as well as experience in Accounts Receivable and payroll.
You will have the ability to problem solve and use initiative to complete all required tasks. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise with managers across a range of different departments.

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated accurate data skills
  • Sound understanding of general and project ledger coding and account structures
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Previous experience with accounting software packages such as SAP and ORACLE.
