About the opportunity

You will be responsible for managing CSBP’s Marketing Technology (Martech) roadmap and the core digital marketing and online channel-to-market platforms, including website CMS and marketing automation platform. This will include providing analysis, reporting, data visualisation and dashboard services across several data sources using programming and database expertise. Reporting through to the Digital Marketing and Analytics Lead, you have the opportunity to flex your digital and analytical skills to deliver meaningful improvements in CSBP’s customer experience.

Work together with a close-knit and forward-thinking team to discover new and exciting agriculture potential.

The key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Being a champion for insights, metrics and a customer centric mindset.
  • Discovering ways to improve CSBP’s online customer experience through customer insights and data.
  • Building and managing reports and dashboards to allow stakeholders to find actionable insights and to enable continuous improvement of platforms and meeting future revenue targets.
  • Co-ordinating the analysis, quality assurance and reporting of results derived from automation activity including message engagement reporting and online behaviour.
  • Providing advice on technical implementation as well as platform capability and requirements.
  • Monitoring WA market, national and global agriculture trends and participate in industry conversations.

This role will include occasional travel to regional areas.

Do you have a mixture of the following skills and experience?

  • At least three years’ experience in a Digital Marketing, Data Science or similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a Commerce, Marketing, Data Science, IT or related business discipline.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (MSDynamics, ClickDimension or similar).
  • Ability to pick-up and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge of best practice SEO and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail and data visualisation skills.
  • Previous experience managing an eCommerce platform (desirable).
