Peerpoint is looking to add to its litigation panel in Perth. This panel seat will suit a highly-skilled and self-driven (common law qualified) lawyer with top tier technical experience in a strong litigation and/or arbitration practice. 


Key requirements

  • A right to work and reside in Australia
  • Qualified to practice in Australia – unrestricted – and willingness to set up an Incorporated Legal Practice or engage on a contractual basis
  • A minimum of four years' post-qualification litigation experience at a top tier law firm
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in a common law jurisdiction highly regarded
  • Self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant and a drive to achieve at a high level whilst working as a consultant
  • Adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Client service-focused, with exemplary client service ethic and commitment
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Resilient, adaptable, autonomous and highly credible
  • Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy
