Human Capital – Operational Senior Consultant (Full time)

About the role

As a Senior Consultant within our Human Capital practice, you will be expected to learn, understand and apply Deloitte’s methodologies to deliver exceptional client service.

This role will have you work across a range of people related challenges for our clients including:

  • Disruptive change: Mergers and restructurings, functional and enterprise transformation programs, organisation design and culture change
  • Capability development: We provide a range of learning and leadership services to improve executive and employee performance
  • HR/Operational Transformation: We support clients in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery models and HR functions through operating model and service delivery design, HR programme design, process design, implementation, and alignment with corporate strategy.

About you

We are looking for professionals who have worked specifically across industries and markets related to infrastructure, logistics and government (military in particular would be highly desirable). You will also need to demonstrate proven expertise in the provision of change management/consulting services to clients. Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

  • Organisational change management
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Providing technology driven solutions in complex/asset intensive and people centric environments
  • Supply chain and transport in complex, sensitive environments
  • Logistic planning and delivery
  • Organisational design expertise, specifically regarding maritime operations, transport and logistics

Additional Expectations

  • A completed undergraduate degree
  • Proven experience related to automation in transport/logistics
  • Certifications or an additional qualification in project/change management or operational improvement (desired)
