The Role

Are you passionate about translating data into compelling, meaningful insights?

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Strategic Insights, you will work as part of the broader Customer Insights and Analytics Teams to deliver data-drive insights and recommendations to facilitate decision-making across CommSec.

You will use these insights to provide a clear understanding of how customer behaviour motivates change in the business and provide recommendations as to how this can be used to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

About you

  • You will have at least 3 years of experience in customer, product or marketing analytics
  • High level of proficiency in SQL and Tableau
  • Alteryx experience will be highly advantageous
  • Past experience in linear regression modelling preferred
  • Highly experienced in analysing data to find trends and drivers of customer behaviour
  • Excellent data visualisation skills to draw out key insights
  • Ability to think creatively about insights and problem solve through data
