See yourself in our team:

This is a job-share role; 3 days/week (currently Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) yet this is not set in stone (although but would be preferable to fit in with current share arrangement).

You will be a self-motivated, professional banker who relishes developing and managing relationships with high net worth individuals.

As a Private Banker you will be providing clients with a full range of financial services, products and innovative solutions with a strong focus on wealth protection, creation, revenue growth and new client acquisition.

You’ll be part of a vibrant, collaborative, results-driven group who will value your expertise and input to the success of the team.

More specifically you will:

  • Deliver our client value proposition of outstanding service, tailored advice and exclusive opportunities
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients (KYC) and leverage client satisfaction for targeted growth
  • Manage and nurture the overall client portfolio to optimum profitability
  • Identify client’s needs to present approved and appropriate products and services
  • Refer clients to Private Wealth Managers for advice where appropriate
  • Develop strong internal and external referral sources

 

To join us as we continue to delight our High Net Worth clients, you will have:

  • Consumer lending experience, with strong credit writing skills
  • Proven experience in a client relationship management role supporting a portfolio of high net worth clients.  Stakeholder engagement is paramount to the success of our business
  • Demonstrated client acquisition and business development experience
  • Commercial lending and wealth management experience
  • A confident and curious approach to discovering and framing client needs
  • A strong sense of community and ability to engage with and support those around you are vital.  You will be personally driven and ready to use your communication skills
  • Diploma of Financial Planning and RG146 qualification is desirable and a Tertiary qualification in a business related discipline
