Our IPO Manager role is key position leading and engaging with a range of teams and partners for CommSec. You will utilise a broad range of skills across business development, relationship and partner engagement and product advice in relation to our White Label, Advisory and B2B client groups. As the IPO Manager you will receive the opportunity of taking a lead role in a high performing environment and have a high profile opportunity with CommSec. We are one of Australia’s leading providers of outsourced trade execution, settlement and clearing solutions, delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Your team provides CAS provides trading, investment lending, cash and wealth management solutions to many of Australia’s leading financial institutions. The IPO Manager role will have primary responsibility to lead all Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Corporate Action events for CommSec Adviser Services and be a key figure in continually improving our offering to customers.

We are passionate about people who are:

  • Expert in financial markets or have strong banking business development capabilities.
  • Well versed across relationship management, business development and product knowledge.
  • Be able to grasp complex structured transactions and analyse the benefits of the idea for specific client circumstances.
  • Exceptional stakeholder managers.
  • General advice compliant and RG146 accredited.
  • Deep understanding in financial products with ML, CFD, Options ADA 1 & 2 accreditations
  • Are passionate about playing a key role within our CommSec business.
