We have a rare opportunity for an Executive Manager position within our VIC / TAS RAB business. Based in Warrnambool, the Executive Manager role will have an excellent career development opportunities whereby you will lead a strong business banking team across Western Victoria. This role will be a critical part of the state leadership team.

As an Executive Manager you will play a meaningful role in our State Leadership Team, crafting and executing on key strategic initiatives. With your consistent track record of improving capability through strong mentoring and leadership you will make a key contribution to developing our internal capability and our offering to clients.

Our portfolios are diversified across a range of commercial and agribusiness industries. In your role you will oversee clients from the dairy sector of the South West, the Victorian grain belt of Wimmera/Mallee and irrigation districts along Murray River from Swan Hill to Mildura. A strong background engaging commercial and agribusiness clients whilst possessing the commitment to engage and lead our team aligned to a real passion for improving your career in a leadership position will be key.
