Your Team:

The Better Risk Outcomes Program (BROP) is a comprehensive, Group-wide culture and change program that will help CBA place the customer at the centre of our risk decisions and actions, and make us a better bank. The IB&M BROP Program team is accountable for successful execution of BROP deliverables across the IB&M business. The Team is seeking three Delivery Leads for the Program.

Your impact & contribution:

The Delivery Lead - IB&M BROP leads the planning and delivery of a specific BROP Initiative/s to achieve project objectives and business outcomes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the execution of one or more BROP initiatives to achieve objectives and business benefits
  • Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams
  • Structure project team for success by engaging with relevant stakeholders across IB&M and the wider Group
  • Communicate and report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to project team members and stakeholders
  • Develop robust and achievable project plans to manage the delivery of quality project deliverables
  • Track and manage project activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement controls to mitigate key project risks
  • Manage and report project expenditures and benefits realisation
  • Identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies
  • Balance schedule, cost and quality in reaching decisions relating to project delivery
  • Application and demonstration of knowledge and understanding of the project’s impact (on people, process and technology)  within the Group
  • Support both business and organisational change whilst managing stakeholder expectations

Your experience and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
  • Strong concern for accuracy & attention to detail
  • Strong concern for project and business risk management
  • The ability to an effective and productive team leader and team member
  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Project Management / Agile qualifications (preferred).
  • Competent MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong “on the job” background in Project Management
