Our Personal & Business Banking Team is our frontline division with a focus on delivering on our customers' needs by providing quality products and excellent service. We deliver these tailored outcomes & solutions through a variety of channels including our Branches, Customer Contact Centre and various Business and Specialist teams.

Our Katanning Branch is currently seeking a Customer Consultant to join the team on a part time, 31 hour per week basis. As a Customer Consultant you will work towards our purpose of improving the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities. Customer Consultants deliver amazing customer experiences that matter by:

  • Identifying customer needs and providing efficient, accurate and quality solutions across all customer segments.
  • Offering new solutions or service opportunities for customers including referrals to other specialists.
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with transactional banking services, including self-service and over the counter.
  • Proactively retaining customers through conversations both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Participating in community engagement and business development events

What does a Customer Consultant look like?

  • An individual with strong focus on customer service and integrity
  • Sound judgement
  • Previous experience managing customer relationships

As part of the induction into the team, the successful Customer Consultant will be required to travel to Perth to complete a week of face to face training with our Capability Development team.
