The Customer Assurance team sits within the Network and Engineering Operations (NEO) division of nbn, which is accountable for the activation and operation of all nbn networks and services.

A bit about your role

The key responsibility of the Commercial Manager is to ensure nbn and the NEO receives high quality performance from our Outsource Partners. The key focus is to actively manage, govern and negotiate change to our contracts and to maintain positive partner relationships to support nbn and its business owner teams in meeting project and contract milestones, as well as the management of day to day contractual, commercial and KPI risks.

A bit about you

Previous experience in contract and commercial management will set your application apart. Your strong communication skills will help you establish rapport with external parties and effectively manage those relationships. This role would suit someone commercially driven, ideally with previous experience in structuring and negotiation of complex commercial contracts. Knowledge or experience within telecommunications or a similar complex matrix organisation would be beneficial.
