Due to an internal promotion, a new role has become available for an Operations Manager to ensure the operations and risk management of a Retail Shopping Centre in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs delivers optimum investment return for the asset’s owner.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of the centre. Your ability to manage budgets effectively, contribute to investment plans and control costs and expenditure will be key to your success.
