Clayton Utz is seeking a National Recruitment Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract, to drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment of a portfolio of roles nationally as well as the delivery of key recruitment initiatives that will enable the firm to attract top talent through market leading sourcing and selection strategies. We are looking for someone to start in this role at the beginning of October.

With a presence in all our major offices, the National People and Development (P&D) team advises the business on all people initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, resourcing, recruitment (both graduate and lateral), remuneration, benefits, reporting and learning and organisational development.
This role reports to the National Talent Manager and sits within our Talent team, which is responsible for designing and delivering market-leading talent acquisition and retention initiatives and programs consistent with the Firm's people vision, culture and strategy.
