Senior Campaign Manager


Working closely with the Senior Manager - Customer communication, Campaign Optimization and Design this role is responsible for taking the lead in maximizing the effectiveness of marketing execution through Analysis, Campaign design, Rigorous application of  test-and-learn methodologies and Post campaign review and optimization recommendations

The focus is on value creation through campaign design and ensuring that campaigns improve over time. Your role also involves:

  • Embedding  experimental design / test-and-learn within Decision Management team and across the business
  • Strong stakeholder management, ensuring transparency and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Understanding Citi’s campaign and customer relationship systems, digital channels and campaign execution process - identifying opportunities for automation and leveraging best practice from within the group.
  • Working with regional teams to implement and align with regional framework on campaign management.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for raising the quality (increase effective of marketing activity viz-a-viz campaign objectives).
    • Champion campaign design /test-and-learn;
    • Embed scientific test and learn disciplines within Decision Management and across the business
    • Implement robust design and post campaign review processes.
  • Support the Senior Manager - Customer communications, Campaign optimization and design to manage the end-to-end campaign process ensuring transparency with stakeholders on activity prioritization and  development progress
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency
  • Work with regional teams on campaign enhancement, efficiency improvement and standardization.
  • Maintain updated documentation on process and procedures , controls and QA artifacts
  • Provide adequate training for necessary programming and system skills for team members.
  • Development of the team – coaching and skills enhancement

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Analytical background
  • Advanced Design of Experiments background
  • Proven team management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and high level QA skills
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple senior stakeholder requirements
  • Hands on knowledge on SAS/DBMS platforms preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 5+ years proven programming or database experience
  • Previous banking knowledge – systems, processes -  is preferred
