Marketing Manager - 12 month contract


Position Summary/Strategic Intent of the Role:

  • Maximise profitable account growth and lead generation through effective management and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement campaigns with our Partner that deliver account/lead targets, speak to the target audience, and are delivered on time
  • Support & build awareness of the Partner cards in the market, to drive preference, consideration & ultimately new accounts
  • Contribute to the strategic creative development of existing & any new direct acquisition channels
  • Manage campaign execution requirements for the channel, including operational requirements
  • Monitor monthly acquisition reporting to identify areas for improvement throughout the acquisition funnel
  • Manage the execution of any updates to application fields/layout, as briefed by Product/Acquisition Strategy (TBC)
  • Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders to drive optimisation, growth and innovation
  • Understand & socialise campaign successes & learnings, to determine future campaign/channel strategies
  • Seek continual improvement in the way we do business – processes, engagement etc
  • Strive for a remarkable customer experience in all campaigns & initiatives

  • Understanding of campaign analytics – able to decipher reporting, in addition to anecdotal information, to drive the right direction & outcome for the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in Marketing
  • Experience in Banking, Insurance or Telco a plus
  • Proven experience in developing & maintaining strong relationships, to drive business growth
  • Thrives in a fast paced, innovative, collaborative and commercial environment
