Campus Recruiter and Program Manager, Australia

The Campus recruiter is responsible for managing all entry level graduate and internship programs, from recruitment to training and development on program. They will look after Citi’s local campus engagement strategy and maintain university relationships, oversee and manage the assessment process and onboarding of all our entry level talent.

This role is a key role within the Recruitment team, reporting directly to the local Head of Recruitment and the Regional Head of Campus, based in Singapore. In Australia, we support specialist product programs across the investment bank as well as a program for the Consumer bank and Operations & Technology. As well as having immediate local responsibilities, there are also regional deliverables in terms of strategy, branding and program management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Program Management:

  • Manage the summer internship and graduate program rotations, performance management process, end of rotation-presentations etc
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including, but not limited to, on-boarding, rotation management, cross-border transfers, recruitment and exit process administration
  • Provide support in HR-related matters such as, headcount targets, Comp planning, Talent, Benefits and retention strategy
  • Work in partnership with key business stakeholders to identify, plan and execute the target university and on-campus strategy
  • Build strong relationships with careers services, student societies and industry associations to ensure Citi is an employer of choice for students
  • Manage the full selection process including, but not limited to, screening all applications, short listing high caliber candidates, scheduling interviews, all assessment centre logistics, facilitate the offer process
  • Run campaign reports for the business to assist with future planning

Citi Internship Program:

  • Responsible for end–to-end execution of the Summer Internship program, including recruitment strategy, attraction and marketing, selection and interview process, facilitating rotations, on-boarding, induction, performance management, graduate offer process
  • Provide general career guidance and counseling
  • Enhance the program offering to ensure a comprehensive internship experience
  • Evaluate existing internship programs and their alignment to business needs

Employer Branding Initiatives:

  • Assist the regional team in the development and implementation of Citi’s campus engagement strategy
  • Execute the engagement and recruitment activities by liaising with partners including the universities, student societies and other industry associations

To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:

  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience within Campus Recruitment and/or Program management
  • Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Versatility to manage different stakeholders across Institutional and Consumer businesses
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Proactive and engaged learner in a fast changing environment
