Change Manager

We're currently on the lookout for our Digital Change Manager to join our growing team within Telstra Enterprise (TE) to drive adoption of our new Salesforce platform and lead cutting edge enhancements in this world class tool.

This is a ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunity to influence the change strategy and drive the adoption of Salesforce to approx. 3000 sellers in Australia and then globally. This is an integral part of one of the biggest digital transformations in Australia. This is a strategic and tactical role, operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will be a pivotal leader in driving our evolution of Salesforce, driving adoption and most importantly establishing new ways of working. You will help to grow our global ‘Network of Excellence’ to drive the ongoing evolution of our systems and tools. Not only will you be a strong bridge between our key internal and external stakeholders and the end-users but you will also get the opportunity to liaise with Salesforce Customer Success and global reference cases.

We want to drive a step-change for our sales and service functions in terms of user experience and productivity by updating our processes/systems/tools and driving usage. This role will be integral to reap the benefits of our new systems and tools by executing a comprehensive change program across this major technology transformation project.


This role will see you being a critical member of a fast-paced Agile change team, helping to drive and support positive change.

You will be a change management professional with extensive experience in technology transformation, ideally in a B2B Sales and/or Salesforce context. You are driven to empower our end-users, excel in stakeholder management and coaching, love problem solving and relish working across siloes. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and are hands-on enough to jump straight into leading workshops. You will have a passion for digitisation and technology whilst putting our customers and end-users at the heart of everything we do.

You will have extensive experience in managing complex change programs and will be required to assess and analyse change impacts and readiness to drive the change management strategy from roll-out and evolution, to BAU. You will also need to drive global best practice thinking and have experience working in an Agile environment.

You will need experience in risk identification and mitigation, communication plans, training, coaching and scheduling and planning of key activities.

You will be a natural influencer with exceptional stakeholder engagement and coaching abilities who can drive outcomes to achieve results. A proven track record in delivering a compelling case for change and achieving real outcomes in an enterprise technology sales environment will be highly regarded. You will be highly organised and self-motivated, problem solving will be part of your “DNA” and you thrive under pressure.

Ideally you hold a current change management certification or accreditation, with demonstrated agile change management experience, across multiple large E2E change programs, in B2B sales environments, digital and technology transformations.
