Change Manager


As a key member of the Projects and Change team function you will be supporting the Capital Portfolio, assisting with the delivery of mandatory regulatory reporting initiatives, as well as other improvement programs. You will have a strong line of accountability to the delivery leads, giving you a high level of responsibility and development opportunity.

Working closely with Group Treasury and Finance teams and the wider Projects & Change team, you’ll:

  • work with the various project leaders to ensure good stakeholder adoption of regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives in our Capital portfolio

  • plan and execute Change Management activities to embed solutions within the BAU teams for assigned projects

  • work with project leaders to ensure projects are well defined, roles are clear, and teams are well engaged

  • support project teams to identify and engage stakeholders to ensure user’s needs are understood and change plans consider these needs

  • conduct impact analysis on current and ‘to be’ processes and controls

  • develop and implement the communication strategy for assigned projects

  • be part of our Change management network, sharing good practices and learnings and building change capability within our wider Financial Management Group.

As a key member of the team, you will be a self-starter.  Your natural ability to develop meaningful peer and stakeholder relationships will be paramount. You will ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree along with practical change management experience. Demonstrated experience in financial services / investment banking, with previous exposure to Regulatory Reporting being a distinct advantage.
