The role of the Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality, customer focused service to members, potential members, participating and potential employers, employer organisations and trade unions within their specific territory. This role delivers face to face information via meetings, seminars and education sessions on all aspects of superannuation and insurance provided by the Fund.
The role will assist to facilitate the efficient administration of the Fund and effectively promote the Fund to (existing and prospective) members, employers and in general.
To be successful you will need a broad understanding of the superannuation sector in Australia with a good understanding of the building and construction sector and the complexities of that sector that our members and employers deal with on a day-to-day basis. This along with your commitment to delivering high levels of customer service to both members and employers will set you apart.
You will be RG146 qualified (or a commitment to complete this qualification within three months) as this is a requirement of staff authorised to give general advice under the AFSL licence; you will also have or be willing to complete the Diploma of Superannuation.
