Workforce Planner

  • Great CBD location
  • Work in a collaborative, inclusive and supportive culture
  • 12-month FTC

At Cbus Super it’s all about planning for tomorrow and that’s what we’re doing. We are looking for a Workforce Planner in our Operations business. We’re starting at the beginning of our journey and are looking for a true trailblazer.

A leader in the industry; you will be responsible for defining, shaping and delivering the resourcing strategy and workflow forecasting. You’ll ensure there’s accurate and timely forecasting and modelling, to safeguard alignment between resource needs, campaign needs, member/employer requirements and business needs. We want you to build and provide input towards business intelligence and identify improvement opportunities.

As the new Workforce Planner, you’ll use your strong analytical skills and prior understanding of Contact Centre management to forecast effectively in a constantly changing environment. You’ll understand Contact Centre technology, especially around Telephony and IVR functionality. You’ll have project management and service delivery behind you also. This is a unique opportunity where you’ll be assigned with ownership over end to end forecasting as we build and develop functionality within the business.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great leadership skills developed in a fast paced, customer focused environment. To succeed, you should be ‘solutions driven’ and enjoy taking on a challenge. You’ll proactively identify and solve problems, as well as be prepared to roll up your sleeves attitude. You’ll have an analytical mind with the proven ability to forecast, plan and organise daily, weekly, monthly, and longer-term production plans and operational schedules, to achieve and exceed targets.
