Technical Analyst - Digital Adobe

In this role the Incumbent will work with a diverse group of stakeholders which include
 

  • Product owners to craft user stories to assist in the delivery of the Fund’s transformation using Agile methodology, particularly across the Cbus super web, mobile and digital platforms
  • Project Managers, Technical Leads and Quality Assurance leads to ensure effective cross-project communication
  • Partner with Solution integrators and external consultants on technology projects, providing regular updates and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to test new functionality.
  • Closely Partner with Data Management and Analytics Teams to ensure technology solutions adhere to data quality requirements and meet stakeholder reporting objectives.
  • Lead user acceptance testing by gathering test scenarios, developing scripts, triaging defects and capturing sign-off from stakeholders and project leads.
  • Present new features in the system/software to steak holders
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and manage production environments and contribute to instigating and resolving production support incidents contributing to war room type scenarios
  • Continuously contribute to the automation of Continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous operational monitoring processes
  • Training and developing others within the wider Design Build and Implement Engineering team disseminating your knowledge and skills in relevant technology
  • Adopt and implement innovative practices, tools, and frameworks to deliver better value.

The incumbent will support acquisition programs and evaluate vendor solutions by preforming gap analysis between current and future state technology, this will include developing data flow diagrams for reporting on integrations ensuring the projects are delivered on time to the best standard
 
Selection Criteria
 

  • Bachelors or Master’s in applicable areas of study
  • 5+ years’ experience in web, mobile or digital technical / business analyst roles
  • 3+ years’ experience in delivering web, mobile or digital solution architecture and design roles
  • Must have previous Technical Business analysis experience in Adobe AEM and Adobe AMC.
  • Competent with AEM Components and Workflow Requirements and Design
  • Possess strong knowledge of Access & Excel. Exposure to SQL is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Must possess strong initiative and a get-it-done attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate and assist large teams in resolving complex analytical and technical issues.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions.
  • Have an inherit proactive approach, supporting clients across multiple locations.
  • Strong demonstrated experience working within agile team practices, using tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
  • Knowledge and understanding of integrations with internal and external systems using integration frameworks such as REST, SOAP, AJAX, RAML, JSON. 
  • Experience in the following is not mandatory but will be highly regarded:
  • Prior experience working as an - Administrator (Inc. Advanced), Architect, Implementation Expert, App Builder, Developer and or hold a certification in Sales force
  • Experience in CRM, APIs/integrations, Data-Lake platforms or concepts
  • Knowledge and understanding of Integrations or MuleSoft capability


Key Criteria

  • 5+ years’ experience in web, mobile or digital technical / business analyst roles
  • 3+ years’ experience in delivering web, mobile or digital solution architecture and design roles
  • Be able to demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively, be results orientated, strategic and an eagerness to learn 
  • Have an interest in cross-skilling into other related Engineering specialisms within Design, Build and Implement team
  • Be experienced in Technical Documentation and have good presentation skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels within the organization
  • Serve as the technical analyst for various development projects on Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign.
