Team Coordinator

The main focus of the role will be to provide shared administrative support to the Head of IT Services and Digital Transformation, the Head of Transformation Office and the Head of Enterprise PMO and across the team. Core duties include diary and travel management, preparing reports, invoicing, credit card reconciliation, assist coordinating staff training programs and provide general team support and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.

An added element to this role is to act as the administrator for JIRA (our project methodology tool). Acting as a first level support for users requiring assistance in the day to day operations of the tool.

A key aspect for your success will be your confident interpersonal verbal and written communication in connecting with a range of people as well as a friendly proactive approach. In addition, you will need advanced administrative skills and experience gained from a similar role as an EA, PA or senior Team Assistant within a corporate environment. You will also require strong time management and PC skills including MS Office suite.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of administrative functions, project work and the ability to make well considered administration decisions. You will be a pro-active self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, to prioritise all work, meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining attention to details and accuracy.

Your ability to liaise at all levels with Executives, senior managers, staff and externally with other organisations and be able to communicate in a confident, credible and comfortable style is essential; teamed with your well-developed verbal and written presentation skills, including the ability to present written work in a clear and concise manner to appeal to a range of audiences.

Prior exposure or an interest in Financial Services/Superannuation would be an advantage.
