Team Assistant - Brand, Advocacy, Marketing and Product

This role is primarily responsible in the provision of high quality and efficient administrative and organisational support to the Group Executive – Brand, Advocacy, Marketing & Product (BAMP); and the BAMP Team as required, to ensure smooth functioning of the team.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Group Executive and Executive Assistant with a wide range of administrative and provide general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature relating to their roles.
You will act as the focal point for the Leaders/Managers in the team, judge the priorities and proactively work with the many conflicting demands; which includes scheduling appointments and travel bookings, coordinating diaries as required; administering room bookings and arranging of catering.
In addition, you will act as a contact point for other executives and managers on administrative matters relating to the BAMP department in the absence of Group Executive and Managers; liaise with the Group Executives Executive Assistant to ensure effective and consistent communications across the Enterprise Transformation team.

You will also support the co-ordination and administration of the four committees/forums which comprise the governance structure for the Cbus Narrative Strategy. This includes managing meeting scheduling, agendas, attendees, minutes and action items.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar administration/support role, where you have operated at a high level of discretion and judgment. You will have outstanding verbal/written and interpersonal skills, and be proficient across the MS Office suite.

You will be a self-motivator with a high level of autonomy and ability to make well considered administration decisions and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will have a good understanding of administrative functions and office practices including diary, travel and cost centre management; and be highly systematic in the organisation of work, with the ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities within stringent timelines. An understanding of the Financial Services sector will be advantageous.
