This role is part of the Member Retention Programmes team to manage the implementation of retention marketing activities across below the line & direct channels as outlined in the annual marketing plan. This role will ensure that all programs are delivered to a high standard within stipulated time frames and allocated budgets.
You will be required to work closely with a number of teams across Cbus particularly field staff, so the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships will be critical.
Key deliverables include; develop and implement integrated retention campaigns for members using segmentation methodology, develop briefs and manage external suppliers such as creative agencies, printers, mail houses and a superannuation administrator, draft copy for print and online communication as well as direct mail, track member retention campaigns and adjust activities accordingly from analysis of campaign results. You will also research and assess competitor campaign activity.
To be successful; you will require demonstrated experience in financial services within marketing management Superannuation is an advantage as is experience of CRM marketing and direct Marketing experience using both traditional and digital channels. Also needed; a high degree of understanding of the creative development process, working with agencies and understanding of direct/indirect sales channels and data analytics. Tertiary qualifications in a marketing or related discipline.
