Senior Analyst, Responsible Investment - Active Ownership


The Senior Analyst, Responsible Investment – Active Ownership is an important role in implementing Cbus’ approach to active ownership. The role involves developing, reviewing and implementing a global best practice active ownership strategy, this includes:

  • exercising the Fund’s Australian and International voting rights and
  • engaging with external stakeholders including companies, NGOs and service providers to influence outcomes that help drive value creation for our members.

This role will also lead the development of dashboard and processes to operationalise and streamline the broader work within the responsible investment team.
  
To be successful you will be required to have a background within responsible investment and ESG with demonstrated experience in active ownership (engagement and voting) with experience in financial markets and/or institutional investing. Qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or another relevant business discipline along with further post graduate education is highly valued.
