We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the team here at Cbus. Your role will be key in the delivery of the program, to agreed scope, objectives and associated KPI's. To do this you will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand and engage with the PM's on the projects and key business stakeholders. You will help ensure best project practice is followed and be a key driver in continuous improvement across the project teams.
You will have experience in presenting to senior stakeholders outling status of projects within the program identifying any roadblocks and clearly communicate solutions when necessary. To be successful in this role you will have multiple years experience in running business and technology projects before moving into a program role ideally with business transformation experience. You will have a background in leading resources and understand how multiple projects integrate to achieve the overall goal of the program.
You will possess excellent problem solving skills, be comfortable working at a fast pace and be an advocate for change.
