IT Support Engineer – immediate start

We are currently embarking on an exciting period of growth at Cbus and technology is a key driver for this. As a result we are currently looking for 2 IT Support Engineer to join the technology team on an initial contract basis. In this challenging role you will be accounatble for,Operational support of IT services such as End User Computing, VIP Support, Basic Server Administration, Troubleshooting of multiple IT related issues, utilising monitoring tools, face to face and phone based support.

You will ideally be tertiary qualified in IT , with 2-3 years experience in an IT support environment. From a technical perspective you will have strong skills in the Microsoft area of tools (e.g. Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Office365), understanding of Service Management concepts (ITIL).

You will be proficient in SCCM and PC imaging with the ability to hit the ground running.
