Employer Relationship Manager

The Employer Relationship Manager (ERM) will be responsible for maintaining and growing the Cbus employer membership by creating and building strong interpersonal relationships with Tier 3 employers in the portfolio. The ERM will also drive and implement new fund initiatives and support the Employer Experience growth and retention strategies of the fund.

This is a key relationship role, responsible for the management of a portfolio of employer accounts and improves service through the provision of an agreed client engagement model. The ERM will also have a dedicated outbound calling and visitation program which will ensure regular contact with Tier 3 employers. A key responsibility will be the promotion and education for new employers in relation to the services and products offered by Cbus. This role is telephone based but does include a mix of visits to employers offices.

The successful candidate will have Account/Relationship Management experience in a services environment with a desired preference to exposure within Superannuation or Financial Services along with low level sales conversations and the ability to manage conflicts and disputes.

Formal tertiary qualification in a business or finance related discipline is desirable but not essential as is RG146 accreditation or willingness to complete accreditation on commencement of role.
