This role provides specialist production and project coordination support to deliver cross-channel member communications – with specific focus on the six-monthly statement programs – so all activity is done to a high standard and within stipulated time frames and allocated budgets.
The role will primarily work with the Communications and Digital Streams, but will also interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver good experience for Cbus members.
You will work within agreed strategies and policy frameworks to manage the print and production aspects of large scale distributions including 30 June super and income stream statements, end of financial year income stream activity and 30 June employer record of contributions. In addition, you will plan and organise production schedules; assess project and resource requirements; estimate, negotiate and agree budgets and timeframes with internal and external stakeholders.
Accountabilities will include developing briefs and managing external suppliers, including creative design agencies, printers, mail houses and a superannuation administrator. This includes ensuring that delivery is supported by established marketing policies and appropriate process, including but not limited to legal and compliance review and privacy authorization.
To be successful in this role a tertiary qualification in a communications or related discipline is desirable with a strong working knowledge of design, print, production and cross-channel distribution. Your demonstrated ability to liaise with a range of staff, key stakeholders and service providers; and your well-developed relationship building and stakeholder management skills will ensure your success in this role.
In addition, you will have strong project management and business planning skills, teamed with high level of organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and meet critical. deadlines, managing various tasks at once, within a changing work environment. Your appreciation of the compliance regime relevant to the superannuation industry is desirable
