Campaign Analytics Insights Lead


We have an exciting new opportunity for a Lead Campaign Analytics & Insights to join our Member & Employer Experience and Engagement team. This role will focus on supporting the Fund’s growth, retention and retirement strategy by providing campaign data analysis, insights and PIRs reporting.
  
You’ll get to lead a team of Campaign Analysts who are responsible for the setup, ingestion and analysis of campaign data to support marketing campaign strategies from development to planning and the implementation of E&E strategic initiatives. You’ll also play an integral part in campaign data testing, delivery and performance analysis, PIRs reporting, dashboard design as well as delivering structured and insightful test and learn analysis to drive stronger growth, retention and retirement campaign activities and results.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a business, technology or numeric discipline (e.g. Finance, Statistics, Maths, Marketing). Experience in a similar data focused, direct marketing leadership position using relational databases and analytic tools (SQL, SPSS, R, Python or equivalent) across large, complex datasets will set you up for success in this role. In addition to this, you have demonstrated experience of data modelling, data lake, and data warehouse and or marketing CRM systems principles that are required to support direct marketing. You’re a natural people leader and enjoy the challenge of leading a team, whilst working through a BAU workload.
