Arrears and Refunds Specialist


The Arrears and Refunds Specialist role is primarily in place to manage Cbus’ comprehensive Superannuation Arrears Management Framework, which aims to increase the payment of Cbus members superannuation entitlements.

This role will also be responsible for managing the Fund’s contributions refunds process and oversee the relationship with the Fund’s external debt collector and administrator, where it relates to arrears and refunds, and provide an independent and objective view of these processes, to all stakeholders.

To be successful  you will have solid experience in Superannuation Administration or Operations coupled with a comprehensive understanding of superannuation contribution payment obligations, high attention to detail with data analysis and excellent verbal communication skills to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Additional tertiary qualifications within business, finance or RG146 desirable.
